Chinese-American pianist Chiu-Ling Lin in concert!

Virtuoso pianist and nationally-renowned pedagogue Chiu-Ling Lin performed works by Chopin, Liszt, and Mendelssohn, transcriptions of East Asian favorites such as Butterfly Lovers and Sakura, and selections from Eight Memories in Watercolor, by world-renowned Chinese-American composer Tan Dun (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon). This recital was sponsored in part by Sherman Clay (Seattle). The reception was sponsored by Chocolati's (Seattle).
